What is your cancellation policy?
- Reservations must be cancelled with 48 hours' notice, otherwise a 1-day charge for the vehicle will be charged to your account. If a reservation is not dispatched, a no-show, the reservation will be billed a 1-day charge.
What if I am late returning my vehicle?- A one-hour grace period is given at the end of every rental period. Returning a vehicle after that hour will cause an additional day to be billed to the reservation.
What if I want to extend my reservation?- Please call the Fleet Services office to extend your reservation and ensure the vehicle is not committed to another reservation.
